Afterschool Weekly Bus Form

Parents of siblings will need to create a new form for each child each week,
then edit the form from the confirmation email if the form needs to be updated.
Afterschool Program Information
Registration for the 2025-2026 school year is OPEN!
We currently provide pick up at the following schools daily, including early release days for the Flex and Traditional calendar schools:
- Hendersonville Elementary
- Bruce Drysdale School
- Atkinson Elementary
- Hillandale Elementary School
- Flat Rock Middle School
- Hendersonville Middle School
We pick up from each of these schools daily and follow each of the school calendars. Our cost is $17/day for the first camper and $15/day for siblings. The registration fee is $30 for the school year for each child. We provide snack, outdoor free play, a scheduled activity, and a kids choice activity each day. Some days we are together as one large group, other days we divide into age groups for different activities.
Morgan Morton grew up coming to Tekoa as a camper, then joined summer staff, and now serves as Afterschool Director, overseeing all school year programming. She has both a BA and MA in recreational therapy, and years of experience in the camp industry. She oversees an awesome staff of local teenagers, many of whom have been afterschool campers themselves!
When registration opens again later this fall, please follow these steps to register. Click the link at the bottom of the page to register. Select the Afterschool Registration option. Once registered in our main system, you will receive information on how to sign up for our bus list and our attendance and billing system, Brightwheel. Each weekend you will submit a google form and select the days for the week that your child will ride our bus to camp from school. On Saturday, you'll be emailed an invoice for the past week. Payments are due the following Friday. You can also set up automatic billing with a credit card.
