Were you on Tekoa staff? Did you come here as a camper or with a retreat group? Have you been a volunteer? Do you love Tekoa and want to stay connected? This is the place for you! Tekoa’s Alumni Ministry seeks to strengthen the bonds between camp and the people who have made it special since 1949.
Camp Tekoa is celebrating 75 years of ministry in 2024! We have a lot planned, and we would to have as many people celebrate with us as possible.
Work Weekend
We held a Work Weekend March 2-3. Volunteers helped us get camp spruced up (trail maintenance, landscaping, painting, etc). It was a great weekend together. We plan to hold this annually the first weekend in March!
75th Celebration
Next is our biggest event of the year, the 75th Celebration! April 26-28, day and overnight options available, and open for anybody who loves camp! This weekend will include a campfire, the lake, zipline and tower, arts and crafts, and lots of time to look at old pictures, walk the trails, and reconnect with old friends.

Tentative schedule for 75th Celebration:
The day event will start mid morning Saturday, including self guided activities, camp store, waterfront, and zipline. Lunch, a special presentation, and group photos will follow. After lunch, activities will again be available, with the addition of the climbing tower and swamp canoes. Dinner is included in your registration and in the evening we will have a campfire and candlelight.
If you plan to come for the entire weekend, you will also get a game night and s’mores on Friday, breakfast Saturday and Sunday, worship on Sunday, and an optional field trip.
Everyone will also have the opportunity to walk around camp, catch up with old friends, look at pictures and memorabilia, and rock on the porch.Bring your whole family! Tell a friend!
If you register for a cabin or campsite, we will reach out before assigning those, so you can share with friends or alert us to accessibility issues.
(We reserve the right to alter this schedule based on weather, staffing, or attendance.)
Please contact [email protected] with any questions. We are still seeking photos and memories as well, and they can be sent to that address.
